not me, rob. i'm not sure how he does it, but there you go. now i want one. my DA fuji, with race wheels and not the 404/powertap, is still 17.5 lbs. the record steel burley, with race wheels, is 19 or so. good lord.
yeah did you see what he did to that thing? m5 brakes, downtube front shifter, integrated seatpost - the whole deal. i could get my burley down with some careful component choices, but not that far. probably not 16lbs, even.
