I saw a dude on Skyline the other day with a wool jersey, no rain coat (it was pouring out), and a courier rack.
He looked cold.
Should have had some Tweed.

as something of a tweed aficionado, i'm nonetheless left speechless. for cycling? in portland in january? i can see for the utility for fly fishing, for professing English, and drinking espresso, but cycling? hmm.....
